During the inaugural "First-Gen Impact Awards", which took place during First-Gen Celebration week, UW-Green Bay bestowed five awards to those making a positive impact for first-gen students.

Fabulous Faculty Member

Dr. Huynh, a first-gen grad, completed her undergrad degree at UC Berkeley and went on to graduate school at Princeton Univ. She is now an American Studies Professor at Univ. of Notre Dame.
